Having the Bidvine app is good for people with an iOS device since it makes it even easier to submit a request on Bidvine. After installing the app, you'll be greeted by the following screen:
To create a request, just click on what category of service you're looking for or type the name of the service in the search bar.
After selecting the service you need, we'll guide you through some questions specific to your request.
Fill out the form and go back anytime by pressing the “previous” button at the top of the screen. You can also move forward to the next question by hitting "next" (we're pretty sure you put that together for yourself, but this is help content after all).
At the end of the questions, you may put any additional information that is relevant to your request that you think the professionals quoting should know.
Once you've completed that last step, click "next" and confirm that you're ready for your request to be submitted.
To view all user options, just click on the 3 vertical lines at the top left of the app:
Projects – this will display all active requests you have created. You can also click on “+New” at the top right-hand corner of this page to create a new request.
Done List – will contain all of your completed or expired requests.
Profile – this is where you could edit all your profile information and delete your account.
Notifications – this is where you can enable or disable alerts (including push notifications).
Help – this will redirect you to the Bidvine support page (where you are now).
