You can limit the leads you receive for some services on Bidvine. For these services, you will be able to reduce the requests we send you by only selecting the customer responses that are you're interested in.
For example, if you are a caterer that only takes on functions greater than 100 guests, you can exclude requests where customers specify they have less than 101 guests.
To know if a service can be filtered, fist select Services from the main navigation menu. Under Active Services you will see a list of all services associated with your profile. Clicking the edit link will reveal the option to indicate whether or not you want to receive requests for that particular service:
If a service can be filtered by specific customer responses, the ability to toggle certain responses on and off will be visible:
The above screenshot is just one example of the types of information that can be filtered. In this example, this professional will only receive requests with 101 or more guests. Feel free to check all your active services and filter them as necessary based on your liking.
Please note: these settings will only be applied to future requests that you may be sent.
